Square Enix is, unsurprisingly, making a strong showing at the Tokyo Game Show 2026 this week. In addition to Final Fantasy VII Revelation, the Japanese company is letting visitors try out Final Fantasy Resonance.

This HD-2D title, set to release on October 22, 2026, for the PS5, XBOX Series, Switch, Switch 2, and PC, just got a new trailer that’s nearly four minutes long. It’s a chance to see a bit more gameplay from this stunning pixel-art title.

A demo of Final Fantasy Resonance is still available for free on online stores.
