Here’s a franchise that doesn’t make the headlines much anymore, but that’s still very active in the video game world.

In fact, the title remains one of the most played on Steam, rarely leaving the top 5. The publisher responsible, Krafton, has revealed during its financial report that the PUBG franchise as a whole collectively generated 25% more revenue in the first half of 2026.

As a reminder, the franchise includes PUBG: Battlegrounds on PC, which now has new game modes, as well as two mobile experiences: PUBG Mobile and Battlegrounds Mobile India.
