It turns out to be an unpleasant surprise for European players: the price conversion to euros was steeper than expected. While the community had expected the DLC to be priced at €29.99, it will ultimately be available for €34.99.

While the arrival of this DLC has long been expected, its price had never been revealed. And to be honest, it’s not exactly cheap. Scheduled for release in the West tomorrow, July 30, the expansion is already available in certain regions around the world.
We’ve found it priced at NZ$56.95, which is equivalent to about $33 USD and €29… which, frankly, isn’t exactly a bargain for a game receiving yet another DLC. Nevertheless, this is supposedly the largest downloadable content pack for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, as it includes:
- 30 playable characters
- 4 stages
- a brand-new single-player mode
- new options and more
It remains to be seen what the single-player mode will actually entail, as it isn’t exactly a strong point in the base game. Also, note that an update for the game is already available, featuring game balance adjustments as well as a few new features.
