It’s been nearly five years since Ubisoft officially announced the Splinter Cell remake. The project appears to have been delayed several times internally due to a chaotic development process.

Today, the website MP1st uncovered screenshots of the game on a former developer’s online portfolio. These images reportedly date back to at least 2024. There isn’t much to go on besides a few environments and some promo images. One of these features Kombayn Nikoladze, the corrupt president of Georgia who serves as the game’s antagonist.

Of course, these elements are taken from preliminary work. The final game could look very different. For now, Splinter Cell Remake has no release date.
