Some players have been affected by a big bug in Forza Horizon 6 for several hours now. Several users have reported having lost all their progress when restarting the game.

Playground Games has addressed the issue on social media and is currently investigating. The British studio plans to roll out a system update for Xbox Series and PC. On Microsoft consoles, it is expected to arrive as early as this Friday, June 12.

As for PC players (including Steam), patches are currently being rolled out for Gaming Services. This should be version 37.114.10001.0 or higher. In the meantime, it is recommended that you do not start new game sessions or create new saves.
