Bethesda Game Studios will finally release native PS5 and XBOX Series versions of Fallout 76 starting today. The upgrades will be available on these consoles starting Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

For players who already own the game digitally on PS4 and XBOX One, the free upgrade will be available for download via the game’s page on their respective online stores. Of course, you’ll need to wait until the global launch of these versions.

As for owners of the physical copy of Fallout 76, you’ll need to insert the disc into your console to receive the upgrade.

Finally, users who do not own the game can purchase it for €39.99 on the PlayStation Store and the Xbox Store. It is included in PlayStation Plus Extra and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions (starting with the Essential plan at €8.99 per month).
