The Witcher's Project Sirius is reportedly a free-to-play coop action-RPG for PC and mobile

In addition to the expansion The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past, The Witcher 4, Cyberpunk 2, and Project Hadar, CD Projekt RED is working on a multiplayer title set in the universe of the famous witcher.

Known under the working title Project Sirius, this game is making headlines thanks to a few rumors relayed by the website MP1st. The site describes the title as a free-to-play cooperative action-RPG. It is reportedly planned exclusively for PC and mobile a la Horizon Steel Frontiers.

The story is said to take place in 1230, when Geralt is still just a child. Players will be able to customize their own witcher before setting out to hunt monsters across various environments. We should be able to explore dark forests, villages, and ruins. Abilities from the various schools of witchers will be at our disposal. The combat style should therefore be highly customizable.

Project Sirius doesn’t have a release date yet.
