Winx Club: Moonlight Quest releases in November 2026
With video game news being particularly busy right now, it’s time for some lighter, all-pink news.
Belgian developers Balio Studio have announced the release of a new Winx Club game called Winx Club: Moonlight Quest, a demo of which is currently playable at Gamescom 2026 in Germany.
It’s worth noting that fans of this magical franchise have had to make do with only one title over the past decade, Winx Club: The Magic Is Back (April 2026), but that game was clearly a flop and received disastrous reviews.
This new installment seems to be driven by much greater ambition than its predecessor, much to the delight of fans. This is a full-fledged adventure, with 24 playable characters and several game modes, coupled with a ton of mini-games. Players will also be able to fly freely through the air, which may bring back fond memories of Anthem for some.
Let’s hope it doesn’t overshadow the highly anticipated GTA VI, as Winx Club: Moonlight Quest is also scheduled for release on PC, Switch, Switch 2, PS5, and Xbox Series this November 2026. Here’s a trailer released to mark the occasion.
