Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV has been delayed to December 3, 2026
It was supposed to be released on September 17, but Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV has ultimately been delayed. The real-time strategy game will launch on PC on December 3, 2026. The Commander Edition features an early access set to begin on November 30.
Game director Jan Theysen explained the reasons for the delay in a video. The teams at KING Art simply need more time to incorporate player feedback, fix bugs, improve performance, and polish the game.
Finally, the Blood Ravens prologue is now scheduled for release around spring 2027, and the Aftermath campaign expansion (featuring an additional faction) will come out in summer 2027.
