Lara Croft will make a triumphant return next year with Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis. This remake will pave the way for the launch of a brand-new entry, Tomb Raider: Catalyst, possibly in 2028. But the plans for the legendary adventurer may not stop there.

According to the PlayStation Inside website on X, there remakes of Tomb Raider 2 and Tomb Raider 3 in the works too, even before the release of the new version of the first game. The information is said to come from a source at Flying Wild Hog, the studio co-developing Legacy of Atlantis with Crystal Dynamics.

This information should be taken with a grain of salt, as these projects will likely depend on the commercial success of the titles already announced.
