The Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade will run at 60 FPS, both in docked and handeld modes
While still without a fixed release date, though scheduled for 2026, we’ve learned some new details about the Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade. These come from DongKi Lee, Shift Up’s technical director, during an interview with Nintendo Everything.
Lee reiterated that this edition will include all content available to date, including the 126 outfits, updates, and crossovers with NieR and NIKKE. We’ve also learned that the game will run at 60 frames per second in both docked and handheld modes thanks to FSR 3.1.
Note that touch controls are supported for puzzles, as well as gyro-based aiming in third-person view and during fishing sequences. Mouse controls using the Joy-Con are also included.
