The StarCraft shooter is reportedly a single-player narrative title

We are getting more and more rumors abot the StarCraft shooter, which is expected to be officially announced at BlizzCon this weekend. Jason Schreier has already explained that the project wasn’t a Destiny-like game.

This time, it’s Jez Corden from Windows Central who’s sharing some inside scoop. He describes this StarCraft title as "a single-player story kind of game." The title is said to feature cutscenes, fully voiced dialogue, and high-end graphics in Blizzard’s signature style, with combat from a third-person perspective, a la Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.

Corden did note, however, that the footage he was able to view is quite old. Significant changes may still be in store for the final product.
