The PS5 version of GTA VI will be capped at 30 FPS and won't feature a first-person camera
Rockstar Games has finally shown GTA VI in greater detail with an extensive preview released on Netflix. Overall, the game impressed with its visual quality, level of immersion, and realism, though it all may go to far at times. However, all this comes at a significant cost.
According to influencer Davy Jones, who visited Rockstar North in July, Grand Theft Auto VI will run at 30 FPS on PS5 (and likely on XBOX Series X|S as well). We don’t know whether this will also be the case on PS5 Pro yet.
Furthermore, the first-person view introduced in GTA V will not be available in the game. It remains to be seen whether Rockstar will add it later via an update.
