The network test for The Duskbloods has ended up cancelled due to a server problem
FromSoftware completely botched the debut with The Duskbloods. Just as the network test for the Switch 2 exclusive was set to begin at exactly 11 p.m. BST this Friday, August 21, an incident occurred.
As a result, the Japanese studio announced that today’s network test has been canceled. It was originally scheduled to run until 3 p.m. A game server outage has been cited as the cause.
"Regarding the first network test, due to a game server outage, we offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. We’re truly sorry to have kept you waiting, but today’s network test is ending at this point. We’ll continue to improve the server and will update you again regarding future sessions."
The developers have hinted that future tests may be postponed. The second session is scheduled to take place on August 22 from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. We do not know if this will end up being the case yet.
