The Geralt skin for Diablo IV is only available by pre-ordering the Songs of the Past DLC on Battle.net

Last month, Blizzard Entertainment and CD Projekt RED officially announced their partnership regarding Battle.net. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered and Cyberpunk 2077 will soon be available for purchase on the American company’s store. But that’s not all…

The world of The Witcher 3 is also set to make an appearance in Diablo IV. This crossover takes the form of a Geralt of Rivia skin that can be applied to the Barbarian. Unfortunately, details of this collaboration have revealed a mandatory requirement for obtaining this skin.

In fact, Diablo IV players will have to purchase the upcoming The Witcher 3 DLC, titled “Songs of the Past,” via Battle.net to unlock this bonus. This requirement effectively excludes Steam and console users, unless they decide to purchase The Witcher 3 and its expansion on Battle.net.
