Back in November 2023, Playism and Kotake Create released The Exit 8 on PC. The release was followed by various ports across all current platforms.

This walking sim with a touch of horror plunges the player into the endless corridor of an underground subway system. To escape, players must observe their surroundings and spot anomalies that can manifest in various ways. A film adaptation was also released in August 2025.

Now, the publisher has revealed that The Exit 8 has sold over three million copies worldwide. One million copies have been sold since the release of the feature film.
