Electronic Arts announced last month that Battlefield 6 would feature a collaboration with the Top Gun franchise. This crossover is still scheduled to launch on August 18 in the Battlefield Studios FPS.

Today, we get to check out the cinematic trailer for this free collaboration, available through Season 4 of Battlefield 6 and Battlefield REDSEC. Players will take part in epic aerial battles aboard the F/A-81F Super Spectre and the F-74A Seacat. Wake Island will also make a grand return with environments reworked for the occasion.

Finally, challenges will allow players to earn valuable rewards.
