GSC Game World confirmed the release date for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope with a short trailer. This expansion, available exclusively to owners of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, will be released on August 20, 2026.

This paid DLC, which provides access to a brand-new story and new areas, won’t be coming alone, as the free 2.0 update will be released at the same time. It will include various content and improvements aimed at enhancing the experience in the base game.
