The game has received excellent scores, with a Metacritic average of 85% on PC (36 reviews), 80% on PS5 (51 reviews), and 84% on Xbox (8 reviews). Meanwhile, its OpenCritic score stands at 83%.

Overall, the game’s strong points are the story, polished visuals, engaging combat system, and accessibility options. That being said, the pacing is somewhat uneven and the title takes some risks that don’t always pay off.
