Playground Games had promised a lengthy presentation of Fable at Gamescom 2026. The British studio has more than delivered on its promise by releasing no less than 18 minutes of gameplay footage captured on PC using Ultra presets.

Players can now immerse themselves in the world of Albion and see how a quest might unfold. We’ll have a fair amount of freedom in our choices throughout the adventure. The footage also offers a glimpse of dialogue sequences, combat, and stealth sections.

Fable will launch on February 23, 2027, on PS5, XBOX Series, and PC.
