After the game’s big reveal at State of Play, Square Enix has announced new details about Final Fantasy VII Revelation. Scheduled for release on April 8, 2027, the RPG will be available in several editions and will have a physical release.

First, it’s worth noting that the base game is priced at €69.99 on PC and €79.99 on consoles. Next, the Premium Edition (€99.99 on PC and €109.99 on consoles) includes the Expansion Pass (with two story-driven DLCs) and 24 hours of early access to start playing as early as April 7, 2027. A Premium Plus Edition priced at €109.99 (€119.99 on consoles) offers additional in-game content.

Regarding physical editions, it’s important to note that a download will be required to obtain additional game data in order to play. On Switch 2, the game will be a key game card. At least 130 GB of storage will be required.
