While this coming week will be fairly quiet in terms of major releases, several very interesting games will be coming out on consoles and PC. It’s time to check them out now!

KAZ

The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu

This cooperative action-adventure game supports up to four players. Each player takes on the role of an explorer searching for riches deep within a cursed jungle. Monstrous creatures that warp reality await us there.

Denshattack!

• July 15, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC

This is a 3D arcade and platformer in which your avatar performs flips, tricks, and grinds aboard a train in a colorful, dystopian Japan. The goal is to defeat all opponents and take down a highly dangerous multinational corporation.

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check

Launched last January, this simulation—in which you run the command center of a ruined city—is coming to Microsoft consoles (and Game Pass). You’ll need to scan survivors, manage resources, and fend off zombies.

SpiritVale

• July 15, 2026 on PC (Early Access)

Next up is this class-based action MMORPG inspired by classic role-playing games. Players explore a fragmented world populated by monsters. You can develop a unique playstyle and battle bosses with friends.

Heave Ho 2

• July 16, 2026 on Switch 2, Switch, and PC

The sequel to Devolver Digital’s wacky party game is coming out this week. It brings together two to four players (online or locally) in totally crazy 2D levels!

Moss: The Forgotten Relic

• July 16, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, Switch, and PC

This touching adventure merges two 3D exploration and platforming games into a single epic journey. VR has been removed this time to make way for a more traditional experience alongside the Lilliputian heroine, who must face numerous challenges.

The Mermaid Mask

• July 16, 2026 on PS5, Switch 2, Switch, and PC

Next up is this point-and-click detective game featuring dark humor and complex puzzles. A captain is found dead in a locked room aboard a submarine. You’ll need to investigate to solve this mystery.

Hell Maiden

• July 16, 2026 on PC (Early Access)

Next up is an action game with roguelike and bullet hell elements in which you must journey through the depths of hell to defeat demons and earn your way to paradise. You’ll also need to build a powerful deck to get as far as possible.

Looking For Fael

• July 16, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC

Here’s another point-and-click puzzle game. It takes place in a surreal, enclosed labyrinth from which you must escape. As you move from one apartment to another, you’ll encounter many curious things.

Geppy-X, a 1970s-style animated robot

• July 16, 2026 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC

Inspired by the super robots of the 1970s, this 2D shoot ’em up with arcade-style gameplay revives a classic of Japanese video games. It has been fully remastered in HD for this release.

Dead Weight

• July 16, 2026 on PC

Add a dash of strategy with turn-based combat in this adventure that transports players to a steampunk world aboard a flying ship. Players will explore flying islands in search of treasure while engaging in tactical battles.

Funnel Runners

• July 16, 2026 on PC (Early Access)

This online cooperative survival horror game with an FPS perspective invites eight players to gather resources to repair a van in order to escape a devastating tornado. Cooperation will be essential to make a successful escape.

Ragnarok: The New World

• July 16, 2026 on PC

Finally, we wrap up with a free-to-play open-world adventure game that revives the classic art style of the Gravity franchise with a next-generation engine. The game features six classes and numerous skills.
