The US eShop has revealed the release date for Minecraft Dungeons 2 by mistake ahead of its official announcement.

The sequel, developed by Mojang and Double Eleven, will launch for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC on September 29, 2026.

The game is expected to be showcased at Summer Game Fest or during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026.
