Last June, we reported on some rumors about a possible return of the video game The Simpsons: Hit & Run. Now, an iconic figure from the franchise is echoing that same sentiment.
In fact, the very The Simpsons creator Matt Groening brought this up during a panel dedicated to the franchise at D23. The creator believes "the original game is coming back in some form…". The series’ current showrunner, Matt Selman, was quick to add, “or not.”
So Groening may have spoken too soon.
