GTA VI has suffered a new leak
Just a few days before the announcement taking place on Netflix, Grand Theft Auto VI has been the victim of a major leak. There are several clips of the game making the rounds on social media.
While we won’t be sharing these clips in our article, we can still describe their content. One video shows Jason behind the wheel of a vehicle in the middle of a road. He gets out of the car to attack an NPC, stealing the NPC’s wrench to hit him with it. In a second clip, Jason is playing basketball alone and sinking shot after shot. Finally, an image of the game’s map is also part of this leak.
A group called Cyberleek has claimed responsibility for releasing these videos. They state that they targeted Take-Two Interactive directly to protest the absence of a disc in the physical edition for GTA VI. Although the clips are gradually being taken down, they’re currently still easy to find on various forums and social media platforms.
In any case, these clips should be taken with a grain of salt, as we don’t know how old they are. They could be from a version of GTA VI that was in development several years ago. According to insider NateTheHate, the version shown in the videos is over a year old.
Finally, the website Insider Gaming reports that preview events are currently taking place.
