Game Freak's director apologizes for the bugs present in Beast of Reincarnation

Last week, Game Freak branched out temporarily from Pokémon to launch a new IP called Beast of Reincarnation. Player reactions have been mixed so far, largely due to performance issues and other bugs.

Although the studio has made several improvements already with a patch, Game Freak still wanted to apologize to the community. That’s exactly what Kota Furushima, the studio’s director, did during an interview with 4gamer.

"First and foremost, I believe there are still some issues we need to address honestly and sincerely. We apologize for the times when you were unable to play under optimal conditions.

On the other hand, I also feel that the aspects I wanted to convey through the game have been perfectly captured. However, in order for you to enjoy it to the fullest, there are still some areas that need improvement, and we are committed to working on them.

A huge thank you to everyone who is playing right now. Even if you’re enjoying the game, there are still some aspects that need improvement, and we apologize for the difficulties you’ve encountered. We hope to provide comprehensive solutions in the future by taking your feedback into account."
