Ahead of its kickoff on June 11, the 2026 FIFA World Cup is coming to EA Sports FC 26. The announcement was made via the PlayStation Blog.

In its article dedicated to Days of Play, which begin on May 27, Sony announced that the free The World’s Game update will be released on June 4 for EA Sports FC 26. It will introduce a new international tournament mode featuring 48 national teams and authentic stadiums. Live Manager challenges will also be included, as well as ICONS and International Heroes.
