Ahead of its big presentation scheduled for Thursday, July 23, EA Sports FC 27 is making headlines again. Electronic Arts has unveiled the cover art for the standard edition, which will feature Kylian Mbappé on the spotlight.

The artwork also teases a major new feature for this installment: an open-world mode which was playtested several months ago. The image shows several stadiums, banners representing different teams, numerous jerseys, and playing fields for various game modes. It all strongly resembles a community hub where players should be able to interact with one another.
