Bandai Namco has just officially announced a new downloadable content for Code Vein 2 on PS5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC. This DLC is titled Mask of Idris and doesn’t have a release date yet.

Players will be able to experience a brand-new story "that transcends time, space, and the very fabric of reality." A new world to explore will also be featured. New characters will join you as partners. These include, for example, the former guardian Liv Voda and the revenant Lou MagMell.

Finally, the free 2.0 update will be released alongside the DLC. It will introduce additional content, including new ways "to explore the post-game world alongside companions." More information will be shared soon.
