After bringing back The Lord of the Rings: War in the North to consoles and PC this week with a slightly revamped version, Aspyr is already talking about new projects.

The American studio specializing in remasters has no intention of stopping there. In a press release about the launch of The War in the North, the devs mentioned other classic releases to come.

"Fans can look forward to even more classic releases by Aspyr from the beloved franchise in the future!"

It remains to be seen which Lord of the Rings games the studio will select. Fans of Tolkien’s saga tend to highlight titles such as The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth, and The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age.
