The Killer Instinc fighting game franchise hasn’t seen a new entry since 2013. Sadly, the series originally developed by Rare isn’t expected to come back anytime soon.

In a post regarding a possible Xbox announcement at Gamescom next week, insider Shpeshal Nick stated that there will be no Killer Instinct game. He even added that a new installment had been canceled in the past. He han’t provided any further details.
