Last May 27, players were able to get their hands on the excellent 007 First Light, which features a very young James Bond who hasn’t yet been trained as a spy.

While the arrival of a Switch 2 version is no longer a mystery and is "progressing well" according to developers IO Interactive, it seems some new information has just been leaked.

In fact, the Amazon Japan website has already created a product listing for the Switch 2 version of 007 First Light and lists the release date as September 16, 2026.

When cross-referenced with the latest information from the studio, which states that the game is well underway and is now in the optimization phase for Nintendo’s new console, everything would suggest that this release date appears to be accurate.
