Assassin's Creed Invictus: Last week's leak was true
On May 5, user j0nathan shared a leaked image of Assassin’s Creed Invictus, a multiplayer title currently in development. Ubisoft was quick to respond, stating that the screenshot had been altered using artificial intelligence.
Renowned insider Tom Henderson stated in his podcast this week that the leak was, however, real. He even said he was surprised by its publication, since the private test was reportedly held in a small group. The French publisher could therefore easily trace the source of the screenshot’s publication.
Additionally, Henderson briefly detailed the gameplay of Invictus. The game is reportedly based on several rounds during which players must advance their character using their abilities. A tactical element is also said to be part of the game.
