Launched in 1995, Team17’s Worms series is one of the most well-known in the video game industry. It includes no fewer than 23 different titles (not counting mobile spin-offs). The most recent installment is Worms Armageddon: Anniversary Edition, released in September 2024.

Under j0nathan’s post regarding the first image of Assassin’s Creed Invictus, the account Evil Leeker Man also wanted to share his findings. That’s when a certain « Project Arrakis » made an appearance. It’s likely a new Worms.

Later, the same account posted screenshots of the game. Of course, it’s important to take this with a grain of salt until we hear potential confirmation from Team17.
