Grand Theft Auto VI is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated cultural products of all time. Rockstar Games is therefore doing everything it can to meet players’ expectations and is putting itself under immense pressure to release the game on November 19.

In a review posted on Glassdoor, an employee working on the game as a QA analyst at the company’s Indian offices left a rather alarming comment. While he highlights positives such as free food, career advancement opportunities (albeit limited), and the chance to work on a highly anticipated game, he also describes very difficult working conditions.

For example, the employee mentions unpaid overtime, sometimes having to stay at the office until 3 a.m., and an overloaded schedule since April. He also notes that management is demanding that tasks that usually take 5 to 6 months be completed in just 2 to 3 months. He concludes by adding that complaining to supervisors is pointless.
