Kingdom Hearts will have its own animated series on Disney+
In addition to revealing that Kingdom Hearts IV will be released in late 2027 on consoles and PC, Disney took advantage of D23 to show yet another project for the Square Enix franchise.
Kingdom Hearts will get its own original animated series on Disney+ and Disney Channel. It is being developed in collaboration with Tetsuya Nomura and the teams at Square Enix.
