This August 14, 2026, Mafia: The Old Country is getting a paid story DLC. This is Man of Honor, available now on PS5, XBOX Series, and PC at €9.99.

In order to celebrate this launch, 2K Games has released a trailer for this additional piece of content. The story takes place in Sicily in 1905 and unfolds across two all-new chapters, depicting the early days of Enzo Favara. There are exclusive Open World missions included, featuring Salieri’s challenges, side jobs, collectibles, and achievements to unlock.
