This isn’t the first time the release of Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe has been mentioned for next year. However, we may now have a clearer idea of the launch window Ubisoft has decided.

According to insider NateTheHate (who tends to be quite well-informed), Codename Hexe won’t be released until the second half of 2027 at the earliest. He says Ubisoft doesn’t need to rush an announcement or presentation since development is still far from over.

This installment, developed by Ubisoft Montreal, will be set in 16th-century Europe and themed around the witch hunts.
