We haven’t heard any new updates on this project for many months now. During Games Workshop’s financial results presentation, CEO Kevin Rountree spoke again about the Warhammer 40,000 cinematic universe.

First of all, the project is still on track. Henry Cavill, who is a huge fan of the franchise, has been involved "for some time now." We don’t know his exact role in the production. Additionally, Mike Flanagan has also joined the team to handle the screenplay. He is known for the series The Haunting as well as the movies The Mirror and A Quiet Place.

Back in December 2024, Amazon signed a deal to produce Warhammer 40,000 TV series and movies. Now we’ll just have to be patient.
