Our dear Hideo Kojima has made quite the gloomy statement lately. In an interview shared on his X account, the famous Japanese creator revealed where he would like to die.

As a cinephile, Kojima said he wants to spend the final moments of his life in a movie theater.

"I’m someone who’s always thought when I die, I want to die in a movie theater. I like the time before the movie starts the best. Enter the movie theater, the lights turn off, the commercials and trailers play, then just before the movie starts is when I want to pass away."

Let’s hope it’s as late as possible, though! The 62-year-old developer is currently working on OD and Physint.
