Valve has remained silent when it comes to sales figures for the Steam Machine so far. Priced starting at €1,039, the American company’s console may have suffered from its high price point.

According to an unofficial report published by Boiling Steam, between 12,000 and 15,000 Steam Machines were sold each week during the launch window (through July 18, 2026). Sales trends are therefore expected to shift in one way or another in the coming weeks.

Currently, the Steam Machine ranks fourth on Steam’s best-seller list, behind Counter-Strike 2, Palworld, and Dota 2 (in that order). This is a very strong performance for such an expensive device.
