Just a few hours before Summer Game Fest, Paramount announced the creation of a new studio dedicated to video game development. This company actually brings together the teams from Skydance Interactive and Skydance New Media.

As a result, we got our first look at the first AAA game from this new group, called Paramount Games Studio. It is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, developed by PlatinumGames.
