Paramount Skydance has decided to revamp its video game strategy. The company led by David Ellison has undergone several reorganizations over the past year, and another change is coming soon.

As a result, Skydance Interactive and Skydance New Media have now been consolidated into a single entity called Paramount Games Studio. Both Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra and an untitled Star Wars game are still in development.

What’s more, Paramount Games Studio will announce a AAA game in a few hours during Summer Game Fest 2026.
