During the event celebrating the franchise’s 40th anniversary, Square Enix didn’t stop at showing Dragon Quest XII: Beyond Dreams. In fact, another game, this one called, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World was revealed there.

Expected on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, Switch 2, and PC at a date still to be announced, this installment will feature the characters Bianca and Nera in a completely new adventure. Fans will surely recognize the two heroines from Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride.
