This thrilling sci-fi adventure takes us a thousand years into the future, when humanity has been almost completely wiped out. An alien disease forces the survivors to live underground, and strange, giant creatures from another world known as the Occupants invade our planet. They bring the disease with them, further condemning humanity. Only a teenage girl named Iris seems to be immune.

On Nintendo Switch 2, 1000xRESIST features 4K resolution in TV mode and Full HD (1080p) in handheld mode. The frame rate, however, is locked at 30 frames per second.
